Wyngaard Mustard & Truffle Duo

The Wyngaard Affiné cheeses are traditionally ripened for 16 weeks and refined with Mustard Dille or Truffle. The Mustard Dille and Truffle are gradually absorbed by the cheese to delicious combinations, where you can explore both the combinations as well as the fine cheese itself.

Coarse dill-top mustard, summer truffle tapenade

Goes extremely well with a white Pouilly Fumée or a sturdy red Pinotage (Beyerskloof).

Le Guillotin Wyngaard

'Le Guillotin' Wyngaard is made to cut thin slices of Reypenaer and Wyngaard cheese. When you slice the cheese finely you experience the flavour, the aroma and the texture at its best, since that allows the air temperature and ambient oxygen to gain full access to the cheese. Serve at room temperature.

Not dishwasher safe. You can remove the blade from the handle for cleaning.
